Chef Monty P was born and raised in the Bay area. He relocated to Texas in 1984 after attending the acclaimed California Culinary Academy where he was the first Afro-American to graduate at the top of his class. During his career, he has held the following positions: Chef du Banquet - Cliff House Restaurant, San Francisco, CA; Executive Chef - Amarillo Country Club, Amarillo, TX; Executive Chef - Radisson Hotel, Amarillo, TX; Chef du Banquet - Houston Country Club, Houston, TX.
Through many years of hard work Monty P's unmatched culinary art skills have given him the ability to magnificently complement the flavor and texture of foods. Using those skills, Monty P and his serving crew have catered many events, charity fundraisers, weddings, corporate events, pastor Installations, and private parties.
